At 7:30 p.m. in the Alice Peters Auditorium, critically acclaimed novelist and TNS Contributing Editor, Adam Braver will help launch The Normal School, with a reading at 7:30 p.m. at the Alice Peters Auditorium in the University Business Center (Peters Business). He also will be celebrating publication of his newest book, "November 22, 1963," a unique and fascinating novel about the assassination 40 years ago of President John F. Kennedy.

Irish author Anne Enright has won this year's Man Booker Prize, one of the most prestigious awards in literature.
The novelist's family saga The Gathering beat bookmakers' favourites Ian McEwan and Lloyd Jones to be named the best novel of the past 12 months.
The other authors on the £50,000 prize's shortlist were Mohsin Hamid, Nicola Barker and Indra Sinha.
